```Role
Join our team as a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator) working on 1st or 2nd shift. You'll be responsible for rubber compression machining operations, including the set-up and operation of compression mold machines. You'll also gain familiarity with cryogenic, inspection, finishing, and vision machine operations.

- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Quality Inspection and Plastic Extrusion.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for up to 8+ hours a day, walk, sit, lift, push and pull occasionally during the shift. Must be able to lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally.
