Position: Recruoiter

Location: Cincinnati OH

Must have 2 years of Recruiting experience

Must be able to speak Spanish

Seek out quality candidates, confirm their qualifications and place them in open roles at a company.
Review a candidate’s job experiences, negotiate salaries, and work with the hiring employers to make sure the fit works well for both parties.
Source, identify, and hire qualified candidates for job openings within an organization.
Screen and interview candidates, serve as liaisons between employers and applicants and facilitate job offers.
Meet with the hiring manager after the organization opens new job requisition, attract and source candidates, pre-screen and present qualified job candidates to the hiring manager, serve as the employee brand ambassador, while internally and externally soliciting employee referrals, and serve as the main point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process.
