Operations Coordinator - DD/ID FT

MARC Community Resources, a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, is seeking a qualified Operational Coordinator.

The Operations Coordinator acts as a general administrative coordinator for the agency, ensuring the overall smooth operations of day-today activities for all departments. Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, the Operations Coordinator assists the agency by acting as the Medication Administration Liaison with the Department of Developmental Services, tracking and maintaining electronic devices deployed throughout the agency, managing and coordinating the agency vehicles and overseeing the state and federal benefits of the individuals MARC is re-payee for.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related human service field and/or;
• Five (5) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Highly organized and collaborative
• Has a strong focus on process and overall functionality in systems
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft 365 including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
