Plant Controller

Our client is looking for a Plant Controller to oversee and manage all accounting operations at a manufacturing facility in Salunga-Landisville, PA. This full-time Plant Controller role comes with a generous salary and benefits package. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.

As the Plant Controller, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing all accounting operations for the plant. You will play a pivotal role in the formulation of an extensive framework of safeguards and financial plans, with the primary goal of minimizing risk, refining the precision of the company's financial declarations, and guaranteeing compliance with GAAP.

In your first few weeks in this Plant Controller role, you can expect to:

· Provide timely financial status and progress reports to management

· Measuring the degree of financial contingencies within existing and future initiatives

· Prepare and present financial and income statements, variance and cash flow reports, and budgets

· Supervise the preparation of tax reports, internal controls documentation, and other financial reports.

To apply for this Plant Controller role, you will need a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration and 6+ years of accounting expertise. You will also require the following:

· Three or more years of experience working as a controller within a manufacturing environment

· CPA certification (preferred)

· A good understanding of Government procurement regulations and how they affect accounting systems

· Mastery of forecasting techniques and financial reporting practices.
