Job Description

A large supply company is seeking a Production Control Clerk to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Duties:

Maintain relationships with all their customers
Following specifications of orders you will be given hours needed, cost, and questions to discuss with clients
Keep clients appraised of production dates
Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport
Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

Must have a Manufacturing background
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be proficient using Microsoft Word and/or Excel, along with accurate data entry skills
Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Must be able to pay a high attention to detail
