Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with homeowners to assess their insurance needs, provide guidance, and offer customized solutions.
Policies Management: Assist clients in understanding their homeowners insurance policies, making adjustments, and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Claims Assistance: Aid customers in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as a dedicated advocate for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Product Education: Stay informed about the latest developments in the homeowners insurance industry and educate clients about coverage options.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain a Florida Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Experience: Previous experience in homeowners insurance or a related field is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive client relationships.
