Job Description

Position: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Description: Tasel Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. As a PMHNP at Tasel Health, you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health care to our community. You will work collaboratively with our team of mental health professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with a variety of mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more.

Job Duties:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments to accurately diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Provide medication management services, including prescribing and monitoring medications to effectively manage patients' symptoms.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to help patients address their mental health concerns and achieve their treatment goals.
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including therapists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in psychiatric care and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care that is rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect for each individual we serve.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Oklahoma.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a PMHNP preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
