Personal/Domestic Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to join our household as a Domestic Assistant. The primary responsibilities will include managing household tasks and providing attentive after school care for our three children aged 7, 5, and 4 years old.

Responsibilities:

1. Childcare:
   • Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities.
   • Assist with homework and educational activities.
   • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
   • Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children.
   • Organize and participate in recreational activities and outings.
   • Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for the children's growth and development.

1. Household Management:
   • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and tidying up communal areas.
   • Laundry and ironing for the family.
   • Grocery shopping and running errands as needed.
   • Basic meal preparation and kitchen maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or related field preferred.
• Genuine love for children and a nurturing personality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
• Must be comfortable with swimming.

Hours:

• Monday-Thursday 12pm-5:30pm
• Sundays 7am-12pm.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not required).
• Must be comfortable with swimming.
