Fabrication Lead 3rd Shift

As a Fabrication Lead (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Lead), you'll oversee the operations of a fabrication department within a manufacturing facility. Your key responsibilities will include supervising a team of fabricators, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. You'll also assist in training new employees, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing process improvements to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or General Education Equivalent Diploma preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of system software (i.e. Oracle, MES, True View) to look up parts and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• 3 years of Powder Paint experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of Engineering Change orders.
• Ability to read and understand spec sheets and follow proper use of hardware by spec requirements.
• Ability to identify part discrepancies and properly write HFDs for corrections.
