Job Description

Travel Registered Nurse
Long-term Care/Rehabilitation

We seek experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel assignments in Long-term Care and Rehabilitation settings. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse healthcare environments, providing high-quality care to patients in need. This position offers the flexibility of 13-week contracts with the potential for longer-term placements, allowing you to explore new locations while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents/patients in Long-term Care and Rehabilitation facilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses.
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare maintenance and disease prevention.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years of recent RN experience in Long-term Care or Rehabilitation settings.
  • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Valid RN license in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Compact States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Flexibility to travel and experience new cultures.
  • Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as per State Immunization Policy.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check.

Location:

  • Various locations in Ohio (OH), Pennsylvania (PA)

Duration:

  • 13-week contracts, with potential for extension

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, rotating weekends

Shifts:

  • Days and Nights available
