**This role strictly requires eligibility for a Public Trust Clearance**
The Technical Writer I is a full-time, on-site position and must document all knowledge-based information, processes, and procedures in support of a government customer service desk.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Work on site daily with the government customer and HumanTouch leadership
- Work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday
- Design/create/maintain technical and knowledge-based documentation including (but not limited to):
- Knowledge Repository
- Process/Procedure Documents
- Online Help
- User guides
- White papers
- Requirements documents
- Use cases
- Documentation of item escalation
The Technical Writer I position is critical to the success of the service desk and must create an effective working relationship with the COR, COTRs, engineers, and management team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of working Technical Writing experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a moderate background investigation and SAMHSA Drug Screening test
- High School Diploma or GED
