What You Will Do:

As an Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of production schedules, and the management of inventory to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative support-related tasks and will be required to work independently with little to no supervision. A successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, flexibility, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to manage high-volumes of sensitive information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point person for supplies, inventory and packing slips
  • Organize and monitor production schedules to meet customer needs and maximize production staff
  • Organize office operation and procedures, coordinating with the IT team where needed
  • Create sales orders based off of completed service calls
  • Ensure inventory cycle counts completed
  • Place and track POs
  • Assist with employee file maintenance
  • Provide general support to visitors

For this role, you will need:

  • Proven office management, administrative or production scheduling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Associate’s degree in business or 2 years related experience

This role will require:

  • A work environment that will be a combination of time in an office-based environment as well as in a warehouse
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
