Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for the preparation and review of accounts payable and expense accrual journal entries and related account reconciliations, financial reports, as well as, compiling and analyzing financial information 

Essential Job Functions:

Participate in period-end close activities including the preparation and review of journal entries as assigned and review and analysis of financial data and reports 
Responsible for T&E entries and managing accounting and coding for T&E in concur
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that general ledger accounts are reconciled with resolution to reconciling items 
Work with Tax consultants in processing all state and federal income taxes and Sales and Local Taxes
Participate in the preparation and review of monthly account variance analysis as well as work on forecasting expenses with FP&A
Ensure account and department coding is accurate in the AP/Procurement system

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting.
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience 
In-depth knowledge of AP and accruals processes
Working knowledge of Concur and Coupa a plus
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills 
Work on implementation of financial systems such as Coupa

Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$65,000—$80,000 USD

The above description covers the most significant duties performed but does not include other related occasional work that may be assigned or is completed by the employee.
