Regional Sales Executive
This position offers a very competitive base salary plus an incredible commission structure.
ROLE
MSC is seeking a dynamic and responsible Regional Sales Executive with 2-3 years of B2B experience to help us expand our client base. In this role, you will be responsible for finding opportunities and developing them into clients through a strategic, systematic approach that we will collaboratively define. You will manage the sales pipeline from identifying potential clients, conducting demos, to closing the sale. You will have support from Med Spa Communications’s internal teams in the process (including subject matter experts, onboarding specialists, and customer support managers).
We need someone who can confidently understand potential clients’ business, and then relay how our service can be molded to fit those needs. It’s an important role at Med Spa Communications, which is why you will report directly to the CEO and will be accountable for driving growth in customer counts and revenue.
You will also benefit from continuous training and testing on aesthetic industry terminology, frequently asked questions about common procedures and treatments, and more. We are firm believers in empowering our team members with industry expertise and skills, allowing them to excel in their roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be intrigued and willing to learn about the medical spa space. We will be teaching you everything you need to know, but it's important to note, that you will be acting as an extension of each of the med spas you are answering the phone for.
- You must be tech-savvy - if you struggle to use a computer, you will not be a good fit for this position
- Excellent people skills (super friendly and patient) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment from home
- Must reside full-time in Florida
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of common sales methodologies and data tracking processes
- Exceptional people and communication skills – in person, on the phone and in writing
- A team player – willing to collaborate with others, contribute to a positive company culture and a “dive in” mentality regardless of the task
- Familiar with common cloud-based business software programs (such as CRM software, Pipedrive) and a desire to learn about tools and programs customers use in their businesses (appointment scheduling software, lead intake software, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Create and cultivate relationships with customers and leads via email, telephone, Zoom/video conferences (in-person meetings - optional)
- Research, identify and target specific opportunities within defined verticals and territories
- Grow sales from both direct B2B sources as well as through affiliates and partners
- Research, identify and target specific opportunities within defined verticals and territories
- Optimize the sales cycle through process improvements and automations, which includes tracking potential customers in CRM software, classifying the opportunities and tagging them for automated workflows
- Communicate with marketing to request relevant and specific content when needed as part of an overall strategy to target specific verticals or industries
- Collaborate with our Onboarding Specialists to ensure that new customers have a great experience getting set up and converted to a paid customer status
- Attend networking or conferences where appropriate
- Provide feedback to management about features and services that could increase sales numbers
- Analyze sales-related data and provide summaries to leadership team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
