THE ROLE

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. As our Regional Salon Manager, you'll oversee salon operations across your assigned region, ensuring success and driving growth from wherever you are.

In this rewarding remote role, you start each day with a sense of purpose, knowing you're about to embark on another day of making a difference in the beauty industry. You dive into your day by connecting with salon leaders and providing them with the resources and direction they need to succeed.

You also motivate production, conduct regular check-ups on salon operations, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Throughout the day, you tackle administrative duties, analyze salon reports, and drive profitability across your region. With your leadership, each salon thrives, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our customers!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Regional Salon Manager

• Multi-unit management experience
• Proven ability to influence others to achieve positive results
• Training and coaching to achieve exceptional customer service and performance of quality services
• A team player attitude with strong leadership qualities
• A multi-tasker who can work at a fast pace while demonstrating good judgment and time management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with salon teams, peers, leadership team, Wal-Mart employees, and customers
• Ability to read and analyze various salon and market reports
• Exceptional comprehension, writing, math, and computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work mostly remotely
• Ability to travel as needed
