Le Diplomate is actively seeking a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join the team!

Qualified candidates will be:

• Driven towards consistency and service excellence
• Energetic and enthusiastic and possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective at managing a diverse hourly staff

Qualified candidates will have:

• 4+ years of experience as a Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Chef in a high-volume, well-rated restaurant
• A true appreciation for French cuisine
• Prior success in running expo in a high-volume kitchen
• Prior experience training and mentoring an hourly line cook team
• A minimum of an associate's degree from a culinary focused university preferred
