Job Description

Construction Cost Estimator

We are looking for a conceptual construction cost estimator to join our estimating department. The candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates from sketches, drawings, narratives, and other related material.

Requirements:

2-4 years of architectural and/or building system experience.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US institution in construction, engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, customer oriented, strong work ethic, enthusiastic personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to complete scheduled tasks on time and in a high-quality manner with attention to detail.
Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
