CDL Driver Recruiters responsibilities includes but not limited to, making/receiving phone calls to/from potential CDL driver candidates, sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants, creating profiles and follow through with applicants processing until fully hired. The recruiter is expected to promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work" environment, anticipate the evolving needs of the organization, create and build relationships, identify qualified prospects.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations is a plus
Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy
Anticipate, recognize, and deal effectively with existing or potential conflicts at the individual, group, or situation level
Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Ability to meet or exceed team/driver needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner
Must have strong organizational skills as well as be extremely detailed oriented
Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure and remain pleasant under high-pressure situations
Ability to use multiple software applications, scanners, printers, etc
Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process problems
