Additive Engineering Solutions is an advanced manufacturing company that utilizes some of the largest 3D Printers in the world with a focus on manufacturing Tools and Molds for a variety of industries, mostly in Aerospace & Defense and Construction. We were the first company with this kind of 3D printing capability in a contract manufacturing capacity starting back in 2016. We are a fast-growing company with lots of potential and opportunity!
We have four larger 5-Axis routers and mills (up to 20ft L x 10ft W) and three smaller sized 3-Axis Mills. We are looking for an individual who is skilled in CAM Programming, setting up and fixturing parts, selecting the correct tooling for the job, and then operating the machine to finish the project. Must be able to work in a team environment. We're a small, growing company and teamwork is at the top of our list.

General CNC Requirements
Minimum of 5 years hands on CNC machining experience.
CNC milling experience, 3D milling is a plus.
Read blueprints.
Setup of parts on machine for alignment; including fixturing, dial indicating, etc.
Select appropriate tooling for each job ā maintain tools, etc.
Maintain safe and well-organized working area.
Ability to work independently through instructions and/or production schedules.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize duties. Must have attention to detail.
Have strong understanding and use of tooling, inserts, speeds/feed and fixtures. Ability to hold tight tolerances.
Ability to lift heavy items.
āProgramming Requirements
Minimum 3 years of programming.
Programming offline on a computer using MasterCAM or similar software is required.
Basic understanding of 3D CAD models.
Must be proficient in shop mathematics.
Special Requirements
Experience with machining molds is a big plus.
Experience with Heidenhain, Fagor, Fanuc, HAAS, and Thermwood controls is a plus.
