Customer Success Manager: NYC/Tri State

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Braintrust Tutors, the most dynamic and fastest-growing high impact tutoring provider? We're on the lookout for a high-octane, passionate individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This position allows working remotely but requires the candidate to be based in New York City or the surrounding Tri State areas and up to 50% travel into NYCPS schools.

The Opportunity:

As the NYC based Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize education. In this role, you’ll have a highly unique opportunity to work directly alongside our CEO & Co-Founder, working together to conquer the largest school district in the country (NYCPS).

 

What You'll Do:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our partner NYCPS schools, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement strategies for success, leveraging our tools and resources to maximize impact.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to both our tutors and partner schools, helping them make the most of our unique solutions.
  • Act as a champion for our company and brand, advocating for the unique value we bring.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and developments, continuously seeking opportunities for growth and improvement while learning directly from the best!
  • Onboard, launch and support NYCPS customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Success position, ed tech/education sales highly preferred
  • A driven, enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and a love of NYC, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality background strongly preferred
  • Experience working with the NYC DOE, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust and comfort in taking a leadership role with school leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results.
  • A high degree of proficiency in customary productivity tools (e.g., Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Hubspot, etc.) and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a passion for tackling new challenges and opportunities.
