F/T Property Manager - FCA

BlueLine Property Management is actively seeking a professional, hardworking and motivated team player for a full-time position as an on-site Property Manager.  This position will consist of 40 hours a week with a 1 bed/bath Manager unit in the building for you to live. This is a unique position that will be responsible for property management and operations of a 48-unit LIHTC Affordable Apartment community in Jackson, WY. You will live and work in the same complex as your residents.  Qualified candidates must possess the following skills in addition to being motivated and a positive self-starter:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Managing waitlists, showings, applications, resident interviews, agreements, pre-inspections, regulation compliance, move-ins, resident relations, vacancies, and renewals.
• Understand and actively Market the Property Regularly
• Maintaining state compliance requirements
• Rent collection, reporting, and eviction processes
• Property budgeting and review with leadership
• Coordinate Maintenance; co-manage resident requests, preventative maintenance (PM) schedule, and remodels to ensure the property is in good repair and of high quality.
• Vendor, legal/professional counsel, and utility management
• Experience with bookkeeping, financial, AP, and other tracking systems used for property management
• Knowledge of RealPage software is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Some college, associate degree, or equivalent work experience

Additional knowledge/experience:

• Fair Housing experience or we will provide training
  
• Spanish speaking perferred

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, proof of insurance; and acceptable background checks.

Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours a week

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 annually DOE plus 1 Bed/Bath Manager Unit
