Duties of an Apartment Leasing Professional Include:
- Answer phone calls, respond to internet leads, and conduct property tours
- Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
- Review applications ensuring that they are accurate and legible
- Assist with lease renewals
- Other tasks assigned by property manager
At least 6 months experience is required. Knowledge of relevant software (OneSite, AMSI, Yardi, Yieldstar) is a plus. Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
