Job Description

Urgently Hiring!!!

Responsibilities:

Setting up QuickBooks Online Accounts for clients.
Managing payroll setup through ADP for clients.
Gathering clients' financial documents for bookkeeping setup.
Collaborating with clients to refine Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks.
Recording financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy.
Tracking client progress using internal CRM systems.
Reconciling monthly bank accounts with bank statements in QuickBooks.
Providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Ensuring seamless customer service for clients by working with team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Preferably a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
QuickBooks Certification is preferred.
