We are seeking an Operations Assistant with payables skills to join our team! You must create an excel spreadsheet with 1200 locations. Keep track of our vendors, call our vendors to pay them once they have completed theirs pick ups .
Responsibilities:
- Call vendors to make certain they have picked the barrels
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Pay for services
- Get pictures of weight tickets and pictures of what they have removed.
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized excel spreadsheets to manage this programs
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent excel skills and payables skills and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
