Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer, ETAP
Job Location: Huntersville, NC - per diem provided when applicable
Duration: 20 months
Schedule: Monday – Thursday (4 days/10 hours)

Description:

Workers at this level solve more complex problems in engineering areas of specialization with limited supervision.
Workers are expected to develop advanced skills and the ability to work with even greater independence.
They effectively apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is progressively complex and varied.

Required Qualifications:

15 years discipline experience and unique SME skills.
Electrical Design Engineer to work as part of team designing upgrades to nuclear station equipment. Must have nuclear station experience.
Design experience desired. Will be part of design team upgrading low, medium, and high-power electrical equipment.
Should have electrical calculation (including eTAP) experience. Should have protective relaying experience. Should have experience specifying equipment.
