We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development of all branded collateral and advertisements and ensure all marketing materials produced meet our brand standards. This role oversees a diverse range of projects, demanding excellent time management skills and a strong grasp of creative concepting and graphic design principles.

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with Marketing Department team members and department heads to initiate and develop new projects.
• Manage graphic design workflow using project management software, breaking down large projects into tasks, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring their completion.
• Design projects including but not limited to:
  • Franchise customizations such as business cards and stationery, regional advertisements, flyers, postcards, on-line ads, and posters
  • Social Media images and campaigns
  • Making creative changes to existing files
  • Internal projects such as creating order forms, flyers, and newsletters
  • Brand documents using Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Template Revision/creation
  • Product packaging design
  • New product, recipe, and staff photoshoots
  • Photo Editing
• Ensure all materials meet Brand Standards.
• Manage vendor relationships with printers and freelance designers.
• Maintain graphics digital file system.
• Prepare productivity and other reports as requested.
• Maintain and update the Stock Photo Database.
• Assist with telephone and email communications to franchises, vendors, and publications.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in marketing/graphics and interdepartmental meetings to plan advertising campaigns and develop marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: At least 3 years in graphic design, art direction, or related positions.
• Digital portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Education: associate or bachelor’s degree in advertising, graphic design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Experience with print layout and production.
• Strong understanding of web interfaces, internet culture, and social media.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working on a PC platform.
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds and sit for long periods of time.
