Job Description:
- Produce, test, and continuously improve documentation that is clear, complete, concise and effective. Expectations include product manuals, help desk articles, in-app product walkthroughs, video tutorials, marketing cut-sheets and technical specification sheets and other forms of documentation
- Provide formal product certification training to company business partners, end users, operators and maintenance personnel
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
-Work independently as well as cooperatively with teams to meet deadlines
- Gather feedback from internal and external customers for product usability and improvement, document and communicate to product development teams
Document Creation: Creating user manuals, installation guides, technical specifications, and other documentation to support the use and understanding of technical products and processes.
Content Development: Researching, gathering, and organizing information from subject matter experts to create accurate and comprehensive technical documentation.
Document Review and Editing: Reviewing and editing technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency. This includes checking for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
Document Maintenance: Updating and revising existing documentation to reflect changes in products, processes, or industry standards. This involves working closely with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the information.
