Now Hiring Apartment Leasing Consultants in Aurora, Colorado!

Are you an outgoing and motivated individual with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? Career Strategies is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado!

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
- Conduct property tours and effectively showcase the features and amenities.
- Process lease applications and renewals with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ensure the property is always maintained to the highest standards, contributing to its appeal.

**Requirements:**

- Section 8/Tax Credit experience is a PLUS.
- Previous Apartment Leasing Experience is a must.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Sales experience and a background in customer service are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends.

**Pay Rate:**

- $19-$20/hr (Depending on experience).
- Weekly pay.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
