FP&A Analyst

Our team continues to grow, we are hiring a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst (FP&A) to join our Finance team. As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive informed decision making and facilitate the company's growth and profitability.

This is a highly collaborative role as you will work with different department to obtain the information needed to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. The person in this role must be experienced conducting variance analysis, performance reviews, and financial modeling to evaluate the company's needs.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CFA designation is preferred.
• 2+years of experience in a Financial Planning and Analysis role within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.

This position is based at our HQ in Sterling, VA. This role is 100% onsite and will be scheduled a 40-hour work week.
