Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end features for the platform using React, with a focus on building scalable and responsive web applications.
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Leverage your understanding of webhooks to integrate third-party services and optimize platform functionalities.
• Proactively explore new technologies and techniques to enhance platform performance and user engagement.
• Maintain a continuous focus on product improvement by anticipating user needs and system evolutions.
• Independently manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables within a fast-paced, iterative development environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of front-end development experience, with strong and extensive use of React.
• Demonstrable understanding of webhooks and API integrations.
• A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently without substantial support.
• Experience in a startup environment is highly regarded; creativity shown through personal or unpaid projects is a plus.
• Previous work in healthcare, emergency care, or medical insurance is a bonus, but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mentality.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions to a varied audience
