As a Hybrid Sales Producer you'll start an exciting adventure in insurance with our experienced team guiding you every step of the way. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a hybrid or multi-channel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clientele.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, terminology, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for marketing and sales purposes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
