Director of Sales and Marketing

English Meadows Senior Living is a locally owned company providing excellent care to our wonderful Residents. We are passionate about assisted living and ensure each of our Caregivers looks forward to the day just as much as our Residents in our communities.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Director to join our senior living community team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase occupancy, enhance English Meadows Brand awareness, and strengthen our community's reputation in the area and beyond market.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the goals of the community and drives occupancy growth
• Collaborate with the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and convert them into move-ins
• Plan and oversee the execution of events and outreach efforts to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with local referral sources and other keys stakeholders
• Manage the community's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and online listings, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our marketing strategy and tactics
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with our overall business objectives

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in a senior living or healthcare environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and digital marketing channels
• Knowledge of the senior living industry and regulations is a plus
