You can also earn "lead credits" based on production. If you average just 2-3 typical sales a week, you could have a zero lead expenses. If/when you do have a lead expense, it's simply deducted from your commissions a little at a time.

At this time, we are not looking for part time agents. We only need a few dedicated semi-full time, committed individuals who are ready to have a home in this industry (and get paid well for helping this deserving market). Average of 30 hours a week.
