We are searching for a full-time Foster Care Recruiter to join our team. This rewarding career allows you to be creative while helping local youth find a caring home and a family to share their life with. Our ideal candidate will be as passionate as we are about educating families on the countless rewards of opening their home and becoming foster parents.

What Do I Need?
Education and Experience
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work (Required)

Other Requirements

• You will maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• You will maintain required state and federal criminal and child abuse clearances, credentials and/or licenses.

What Will I Do?

• You will create and execute aggressive marketing plans to increase the pool of viable resource family applicants and meet recruitment targets utilizing multiple approaches, including but not limited to, advertisements; community presentations; event participation and networking with current resource families.
• You will attend monthly recruitment meetings.
• You will represent CONCERN at events to recruit resource families and hold informational meetings and establish and maintain community contacts with schools, faith-based organizations and other groups and resources as deemed appropriate.
• You will recruit and evaluate CONCERN resource families in an assigned region who can be certified and approved for all placement programs to include follow up with prospective resource families throughout the certification process.
• You will record and maintain the statistics necessary to measure the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts and goals.

Hours of Work
This position requires some flexibility with scheduling around client needs. May include some evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary
$48,600-$59,400
