Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for paying all invoices and bills for clients.

Responsibilities:

Review accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Process invoice payments and transfers.
Develop, analyze and audit budget reports for spending insights and trends.
Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
Manage process to ensure proper insurance coverage.
Prepare and maintain client forms and coordinate tax documents for filing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree with at least two years of accounting, finance or relevant experience. (Required)
Ability to process and manage multiple client tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of technical accounting, consolidation, financial reporting and tax filing prep.
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
Detail and deadline-oriented
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
