Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to lead our design and project management efforts for commercial landscape architecture projects. This role is suited for a creative professional looking to leverage their design skills and leadership in a flexible work setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the entire design process for commercial landscape projects from initial concept through to completion.
  
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  
• Collaboration: Engage closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, planners, and construction managers, to ensure cohesive project goals.
  
• Client Interaction: Conduct site visits, participate in client meetings, and sustain strong professional relationships.
  
• Minimal Travel: Utilize our hybrid work model to balance remote work efficiently, office duties, and onsite visits with minimal overnight travel required.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  
• Certification: Valid Landscape Architecture license in Kentucky.
  
• Experience: At least 4 years in landscape architecture, particularly in commercial projects.
  
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with CAD, GIS, and other design software.
  
• Personal Skills: Creative and resourceful, excellent analytical and communication skills, adept at project management and client relations.
