WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas to create visual representations, in both print and digital mediums. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer will be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, finding the right style and layout for every project.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with marketing and other cross functional teams and partners on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Support photo and video shoot planning, execution, intake, and organization of assets.
• Work closely with Integrated Marketing Manager for Franchisee local marketing initiatives and creative requests.
• Provide continual enhancements to the local marketing portal to create a robust library of toolkits that are user friendly and offer seamless experience for DMs, Franchisees and Operators
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing materials.
• Perform additional functions as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Minimum of 2-4 years brand design experience with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
• Degree in graphic design
• Restaurant/QSR or F&B industry experience required
• Diverse portfolio of skills and experience, including depth of knowledge in artwork production and pre-press, photography, and graphic design principles & processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
• Natural collaborator, proactive, solutions-oriented
