We are looking for a driven, experienced, high-quality business professional to join our expanding Business Consulting and Credit Services team to help small businesses optimize cash flow and manage growth. Hiring immediately. Quick yes or no answers are guaranteed after 1 or 2 interviews.

Our Business Consulting and Credit Services team helps entrepreneurs obtain the capital and credit they need to fuel their dream without personally carrying the credit needs of their business.

WHAT WE DO:

We specialize in differentiating technologies, professional services, consulting, and business credit solutions. Our Business Consulting and Credit Services team offers business consultative services and a SaaS platform that genuinely helps companies grow, hire more people, and be financially stable. In the worst-case scenarios, it helps reduce the owner's financial liabilities if the business fails.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will help small and medium-sized businesses succeed! Hours are flexible, and you can choose how you want to go to market. Do you want to rock LinkedIn/Facebook to get leads, cold call on the phone, go/host networking events, knock on business doors, or go to trade events? You get to choose what fits your personality and schedule! You will receive a substantial amount of support. You are never on your own trying to figure things out without guidance.

Successful skills and experience:

• Experience is important, but it is vital for this individual to be teachable and a team player.
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented with a track record of success selling into mid-market companies
• A track record of success selling into mid-market companies
• Confidence, strong self-assuredness, and effective cold-calling skills; preferably in an outbound call center environment
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and address their needs
• Persuasive communication skills in oral & written form to clearly convey the benefits to potential customers
• Superior time management and organization skills and a desire to work from a home-based office
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fully embrace a performance-based pay plan
