Job Description

Accounting Representative

DESCRIPTION:

This position is central to the success of the company. Reviewing account information for accuracy, completeness and compliance the Accounting Representative the validity of the transactions and will be responsible for accuracy.
Position Requirements:

Knowledge of Accounting Principles
Above Average Data Entry Skills
In Depth Knowledge of the suite of MS Office Products with emphasis
Exceptional Communications and Interpersonal Skills
Ability To take direction and make independent decisions in fast paced environment
Acute Focus on details and thoroughness

Position Responsibilities:

Open/distribute incoming mail
Process Miscellaneous funds for deposit
Research and or resolve incoming customer payment issues and or discrepancies
Prepare reports for account reconciliation
Protect the Organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Demonstrate and Maintain a Strong Sense of Urgency
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
