Home Care Providers of Texas is seeking a dedicated and reliable Timekeeper to join our caregiving services team. As a Timekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely recording of caregivers' working hours and managing payroll processes.
Pay Range $15.00-$17.00

Home Care Providers of Texas is seeking a dedicated and reliable Timekeeper to join our caregiving services team. As a Timekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely recording of caregivers' working hours and managing payroll processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of caregivers' working hours
- Review timesheets and verify the accuracy of reported hours
- Enter and update caregiver attendance and schedule information into the system
- Communicate with caregivers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their working hours
- Prepare payroll based on recorded hours
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Receive incoming calls and messages and direct to appropriate staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience with Vesta EVV System
- Ability to work remote as well as work in office as required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
