Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to ensure seamless communication with our clients post-sale. Your role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the sale.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Keep clients informed about project progress, installation dates, and any updates.

Project Status Updates:

• Provide timely and accurate updates on project milestones, including design approval, production, and installation.
• Address any delays or changes promptly, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Issue Resolution:

• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to resolve issues efficiently.
• Prioritize client satisfaction while balancing business requirements.

Installation Coordination:

• Assist in the scheduling of installation dates and coordinate logistics with clients.

• Ensure smooth transitions from production to installation.

• Confirm installation details and address any last-minute adjustments.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure that project details are accurately maintained in Company CRM platform.
• Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Client Retention:

• Foster long-term relationships by providing exceptional service.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address concerns.
• Seek opportunities for upselling or additional services.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Previous experience in client communications, account management, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with project management processes is advantageous.
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
