AWS DevOps Engineer

ARFA Solutions, LLC is seeking a talented AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployment processes, monitor system performance, and ensure high availability and reliability of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AWS infrastructure solutions that are scalable, secure, and highly available.
• Automate deployment processes using tools like AWS CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Manage and monitor AWS resources, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
• Work closely with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, enabling rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Implement and maintain security and compliance measures, following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest AWS services and best practices, continuously improving our infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong focus on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.
• Experience automating infrastructure using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts in AWS, including VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, and Load Balancers.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks in AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
