Human Resources Assistant

Seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our client in Boca Raton, FL! This position involves a range of responsibilities including recruitment coordination, onboarding support, maintaining employee records, and facilitating communication between HR staff, candidates, and other team members. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers up to $17/Hour!

Essential Job Functions:

• Post job descriptions and screen applications.
• Contact and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
• Conduct background checks and maintain candidate databases.
• Assist in onboarding by preparing paperwork and providing orientation.
• Update and manage employee files and access fobs.
• Communicate employee departures and perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Openness to gaining experience, with some prior office experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer usage and data entry, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and external parties.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR department's success.
