Job DescriptionCompany Description
- Manage Visitors, Greets Phone Calls in Professional and Efficient Manner.
- Strive to meet the needs of our Customers by offering and providing excellent customer Service
- Assist HR with new Hires and any other assignments. Provide Administrative Support to Other Departments.
- Receive, Sort and distribute incoming faxes, mail, emails and Deliveries.
- Verify finished products to data capture report.
- Maintain temporary staffing employees logs on a daily Basis
- Assist Human Resources with Hiring, Orientation of New Hires and Training(GMPs)
- Assign New Employees with Badges and Timecards.
- Oversee Time Clocks Issues.
- Assign Lockers for Employees
