Food & Beverage Lead

FUNCTION

The F&B Operations Lead is responsible for monitoring the F&B Outlet operations ensuring that guest transactions are conducted in a timely manner, the outlet is stocked, clean, and that all equipment is working properly. Team Member will be responsible for handling escalated guest service issues and transactions, ensuring the matter is resolved. The Team Member will be the point of contact for the team, assisting the Manager on Duty or Supervisor with the operations of the outlet.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upholds the company and departmental service standards.
• Ensures the safety and security of Team Members and Guests.
• Ensures quality of product being served to guests is up to standard.
• Conduct inventory and assist with ordering product as needed.
• Observes if there are any cleaning or maintenance of equipment needed and Supervisors or Managers.
• Responsible for attending guest complaints and/or issues resolving matters as expediently as possible.
• Fills in as bartender, cook as needed.
• Escalate team member performance concerns to leadership
• Assists with training staff in various F&B roles.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum one-year experience in Food and Beverage operations.
• Valid gaming license.
