Job Description
Essential Functions:
  • Support all corporate departments such as Human Resources, Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Executive team. Respond to corporate requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures. Review company handbook periodically to ensure accurate knowledge
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards as well as all government regulations
  • Create and nurture a positive work environment by treating others with mutual respect and concern.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing, new, and prospective customers
  • Learn and continuously grow product (crane) knowledge for a better of understanding of how Sims’ services meet the needs of the customer
  • Job site assessment for appropriate quoting, sizing, and mobilizing cranes
  • Quoting jobs accurately to maintain efficiency in day-to-day operations

Minimum Requirements
  • Proven record of building strong relationships with customers
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sims Crane & Equipment maintains a firm commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment for its employees and quality services to its clients.   • Work is performed in a standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Subject to standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds at times.
