Position Summary: Performs various clerical duties to store, maintain, and protect the integrity and security of client medical records.

RESPONSIBLITIES
- Properly handle requests for sensitive information, ensuring records are released according to applicable rules and regulations. Invoice as necessary.
- Scan and file documents into Electronic Health Record. Ensure files include all pertinent information.
- Document and respond to audit requests in a timely manner.
- Review patient records on a regular basis for compliance and report findings to leadership.
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Identify areas of opportunities to increase efficiency in workflows and processes.
- Medical Records and EHR training as needed.
- Resource for the organization for Privacy & Security Rules and Regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Medical or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience with PC and Microsoft software.

Benefits/Compensation:
