Role: Part-time Cleaning Technician (Solo and Team Cleaner, Mileage Reimbursed, Weekly Office Visits in Richmond)

As a part-time Cleaning Technician, you'll be an essential part of our mission, with flexible hours and mileage reimbursement for travel between jobs. You only need to visit our Richmond office once a week, providing you with autonomy and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently clean residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
Use your own vehicle to drive to various job locations (mileage reimbursement provided).
Communicate with clients and the team to ensure complete satisfaction.
Attend weekly meetings at the Richmond office to receive new assignments and training.

Part-time Shifts:

Monday-Friday (2-4 days per week).
15-30 hours per week.

Service-Oriented: Experience in customer service, transportation (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, etc.), or other service industries.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 20 lbs, and perform various physical cleaning tasks.
Clean Background: Undergo a criminal background check.
Authorization to Work: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
