Holly McMillin Insurance Group outside of Lexington, Kentucky is looking for a goal-oriented, self-motivated person with a desire to grow to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Entry Level Sales Associate.

• With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building clientele via cold-calling, warm leads, and obtaining referrals.
• With your keen attention to detail, youll be cross-selling and rounding out client accounts.
• Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in networking with clients and obtaining referrals.
• Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be developing insurance quotes.
• Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to close sales to meet sales goals.

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but is not required.
• Tech-savvy is a must!
• Goal-oriented, team player with professional office etiquette.
