Security Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Security Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of security services to our clients while maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee security operations for assigned client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to create customized security plans and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and train security personnel to ensure they meet high standards of performance.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, providing detailed reports to clients and internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to continuously improve security services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in security management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex security situations and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with security technologies and surveillance systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
